What do people say about our classes?

Since joining the class it has given me a renewed enthusiasm and brought back some hope and fun into my week.

I am encouraged to push myself out of my comfort zone.

My mobility and confidence has improved, and my mood has lifted.

Sarah is very approachable and devises exercises specifically designed to ease the symptoms of Parkinson's.

Classes are educational, but very importantly they are fun and varied.

I have been impressed by the clear instructions given,

as well as Sarah's patience with those of us who are not regular gym goers.
